Check-Out times: Check in time is 4 p.m. We wish you didn't
have to leave at all-- but if you must, please remember that our
checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Please be sure to make arrangements
with the office if you wish to stay over or if your departure
will be delayed. Otherwise, you will be charged for an extra day.
Credit cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and
Pet Owner Responsibilities: A pet owner is responsible
for his/her pet's behavior, any damage caused by the pet, and clean-up
or replacement of any items or areas soiled by the pet.
Pet owners must sign a form agreeing to the following fees:
Standard fee of $15 per pet per night.
Extra charges will be assessed if bedspread must be cleaned, if we have to clean-up the outside area after your pet, if a pet relieves itself on the carpet or damages items such as miniblinds, throw rugs, etc. If a pet is in a guest room, then the pet owner must be present for any room cleaning or maintenance.
We charge a pet deposit, which will be refunded, minus daily fees and any damage/cleaning costs, at the end of your stay.

- If you are a senior citizen or current or former member of the military, you receive a 10% discount. Please enter the promotional (promo) code “military” when you make your reservation.
- If your stay is more than 7 days in a row, you qualify for our weekly rate, which represents a 20% discount over daily rates. Please enter the promotional (promo) code “weekly” when you make your reservation.
- If your stay is more than 30 consecutive days, you qualify for our monthly rate, which represents a 40% discount over daily rates. Please enter the promotional (promo) code “monthly” when you make your reservation.
