Are y’all dog friendly?

Yes, the Lodge is a pet friendly hotel! A maximum of 2 pets per room with a 50 lb limit for $30 per pet, per stay. We ask that all of our four-legged friends are on a leash, well behaved and their humans clean up after them. A dog waste station is located in the courtyard. Any unattended dogs have to be crated in rooms and not barking or disturbing other guests or we’ll ask guests to come back to calm them down.

Do you accept group reservations?

We would love for you to book a group stay with us! Book the whole hotel if you like for that special occasion! Email or call us regarding group discounts.

Can guests park in front of their rooms?

Yes, the Lodge is set up to allow guests to park right by their room.

Is there WiFi/TV?

Yes, each room has TV and free WiFi is available in all the rooms. The courtyard and lobby also have free Wifi.

Can guests BBQ?

Yes, we have BBQ grills and seating in the courtyard for your use.

Are there any dishes, plates, utensils available?

Yes, the front desk agent will gladly provide you with the dishes, pots, and utensils.

Do we serve breakfast?

No, we do not serve complimentary breakfast at this time, however there is a full kitchen on site for you to utilize and some of our rooms are equipped with kitchenettes.

Are there any smoking rooms?

No, all rooms are non-smoking, but guests are welcome to smoke in the courtyard and outside the rooms. There’s plenty of seating and ashtrays in front of the rooms.

What do the rooms contain?

Each room has a fridge, sink, coffee pot, coffee, flat screen TV and luggage rack.

Are the rooms connected?

The rooms are not connected and in addition the walls are very thick and hardly any noise travels through them.

Check in and Check out times?

Check in is after 3pm and Check out is by 11am.

Cancellation policy?

We offer 2 rate types: Advanced rate, non-refundable and Standard rate.
Advanced Rate, non-refundable: this rate is offered at a lower price point, but payment is due at booking and is non-refundable should your party have a change of plans. Changes to Advanced Rate reservations may be made within 24 hours of making the reservation.

Standard Rate: this rate type requires a 50% deposit to hold the room and is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 5 days before the start of the reservation. Cancellations or modifications to reservations fewer than 5 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation start date are responsible for the entirety of the reservation cost.

Guest won’t make it before the office closes?

No worries, just call or email and we will leave a key to your room.  

Can guests use the main fridge and freezer in the main office?

Yes, if guests need extra room for groceries we will allow food to be stored in the lobby fridge. Access is limited to office hours Sun - Wed 9 AM - 7 PM and Thurs - Sat 9 AM - 10 PM.
