Property and Cancellation Policies:


Guests are required to cancel their room reservation 48-hours prior to arrival date in order to avoid a fee. All cancellations made after the 48-hour window will be charged the first night's room rate plus tax. 

Full payment is due at the time of check-in for all reserved dates. 


The non-refundable Pet Fee is $25 per pet per night with a maximum of 2 pets per guest room. Only non-aggressive breeds are accepted and there is a 50 lb limit. A pet owner is responsible for his/her pet's behavior, any damage caused by the pet, and clean-up or replacement of any items or areas soiled by the pet. Pets must be on a leash while outside of rooms and in common areas. Pets must be crated if they are left unattended in the guest room. If a pet is in a guest room, then the pet owner must be present for any room cleaning or maintenance. Pet owners will be responsible for any and all damages caused by their pet and accept all liability.

All guest rooms are non-smoking. Thank you
